Toledo, Logansport & Burlington Railroad Co.
A company which constructed a line from Logansport, Ind., west to the Illinois-Indiana state line at Effner, Ind., where it met the Toledo, Peoria & Western that ran to, and eventually crossed, the Mississippi River at Keokuk, Iowa.
In 1867 the TL&B merged with the Columbus & Indiana Central and the Union & Logansport to form the Columbus, Chicago & Indiana Central.
