This entire section is still under development. Please be patient!
I have a few more tracings to link to (PS-HW, PS, GAS, Z, PP-HW), then I will add remaining suggested models, class descriptions, and class photos.

The header links lead to pages for each general classification of passenger equipment. These pages then list all classes within the general classification. The links from the class pages lead to pages specific to the sub-class itself. On these pages you will find an overview of the car, links to diagrams (if available), recommendations for accurate models, and links to the roster.
The roster will show, if known, the car's road number, name (when applicable), serial number, PRR order number, builder, builder lot number, builder plan number, year of construction, year of disposition, description of disposition, initial assignment, 1954 assignment (to aid my own modeling), other known assignments, list of published photos, and miscellaneous notes.
This guide to passenger equipment is NOT complete. It does not include older passenger cars of wood construction. Further, it is based on sources published in the 1950's and later, which tend to only report equipment still in use. Therefore, earlier equipment of steel construction that was removed from service prior to the writing of the source documents used will not be included. If RELIABLE sources for early equipment is ever found, perhaps these classes will be added.
