- 1909 post card of the new Atglen & Susquehanna "Low Grade" line rounding Chickie's Rock near Columbia.
- From a winter 1996-97 ramble through lower Lancaster County, Pa.: A Park Map showing a lot of the back roads that aren't on most state maps. Useful for railfaining the east side of the Susquehanna River. The dual bridges at Safe Harbor. The upper bridge is the Atglen & Susquehanna Branch; the lower is the Columbia & Port Deposit Branch. The roadway bridge leads to the power plant below the Safe Harbor dam. That's the Conestoga Creek to the right. The Martic Forge Bridge crosses the Pequea Creek inland, on the Atglen & Susquehanna Branch. The photo doesn't do it justice -- you are only seeing a fifth of it. It extends well to both sides into the thick woods. The road goes under it and you don't realize it exists until all of a sudden you look up and say, "Wow, where did that come from, and what is it doing out here in the middle of nowhere?" Though not rail related, this beautiful Covered Bridge is along one of the back roads.

- Photo of a photo of Harrisburg Passenger Station circa 1930-1937. Two versions with different levels of clarity: with a flash and without a flash. The view is looking north. The Mulberry Street bridge is in the foreground. The tracks leading off to the lower left is the Cumberland Valley branch which was also used by the Northern Central Railway (branch). The building at near-upper right is the Reading station. The timeframe was arrived at via the Winter 1997 issue of The Keystone, p. 20, which indicates that the passenger bridge over #9 Track to reach the Reading Co. station was added in 1930, and that the trackage was electrified in 1937. The original hangs on the wall at the clubhouse of the Keystone Model Railroad Historical Society.
- Video news segment on the Rockville Bridge Collapse of August 1997. This 7 minute, 20 second QuickTime movie (240x180 pixels, 107.4MB) was digitized from a broadcast of WHTM TV-27, Harrisburg, and is distributed with permission. Available exclusively on CD-ROM #2.
- 1959 photo of the Harrisburg Station.
- 1921 photo of the Reading Company's PH&P Junction. View is southeast of the "Philadelphia, Harrisburg & Pittsburgh Junction," probably from the Mulberry Street bridge. Rick Bates, publications editor of the RCT&HS, describes what we are looking at: "Essentially all of the trackage in this scene is RDG property. That is the RDG Harrisburg coach yard on the right and the structures to the extreme left are some RDG-served coal yards. The RDG passenger station is directly behind the photographer, and the PRR station is out of the picture to the right. The double slip connects the coach yard to the station tracks. The right-most track is the single track interchange to the PRR, the connection point being well behind the photographer. With all those switch rods, it seems as if the RDG had some sort of interlocking right at the station, in addition to up at the tower at PH&P Jct. Tracks on the left side of the picture are the leads to the RDG freight house which also fronted on Market St. See the attached jpeg map which is circa 1934." Photo provided by Ken McCorry.
